If you want speed up MindManager:

Save — Compression on Saving – Super Fast
Save — Stop – Save Auto Recover (risky)
Visual Effects — Turn them off
Spelling — Stop – Check spelling as you type
Add-Ins — Turn off the ones you don’t use

This may also help with any application crashing you may have. Not affecting me with 8.0.235 on Windows 7

One begins to wish that there were some sort of “standards” for finding options to tweak They certainly can be ambiguous.
